No Findings LLC (“No Findings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) makes casual apps. This policy explains privacy practices for our apps that link to this policy and for nofindings.com.

Information in our apps

We do not collect, transmit to us, sell, or share personal data through these apps. We do not use advertising identifiers, advertising SDKs, tracking tools, or third-party analytics SDKs to monitor your activity.

Any settings, saved progress, or other information an app stores locally remain on your device and are not collected by No Findings. Your device or operating system may include this information in backups according to your own settings.

Data retention and deletion

Because we do not collect personal data through these apps, we have no app user personal data on our servers to retain or delete. You can remove locally stored app information using the app’s available reset controls, your device’s app storage controls, or by uninstalling the app. Device backups are managed through your device or backup provider.

Advertising and tracking

Our apps contain no advertisements. We do not track users across apps or websites, build advertising profiles, or sell personal information.

App stores and platform services

Google Play, Apple’s App Store, and your device’s operating system may independently process information when you download an app, make a store purchase, or use platform services. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing.

This website

We do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies to this website. Cloudflare hosts and secures the site and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, and browser information, to deliver and protect it. Technical request logs may be retained by our hosting provider for operations and security. This website hosting activity is separate from data collection by our apps. If you contact us

If you send us a privacy inquiry, we use the information you voluntarily provide only to respond to and resolve your request, or as required by law. We retain correspondence only as long as necessary for those purposes, then delete or securely dispose of it. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

Children’s privacy

Our apps do not collect personal information from users of any age, including children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, please contact us so we can address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if our practices change. We will publish the updated policy here and revise the effective date. If an app’s data practices change, we will also update its relevant disclosures.
